Automated handling for single power diodes: bunker, feeder, headwire straightener, cutting and length measurement, measuring and marking stations, with good / waste sorting.

Fully Automated Line (EOL)

End-of-line test line with robot handling, optional laser marking and quick adapter exchange between devices. An integrated line computer controls and monitors every process, time-stamps each test step, connects to your database / MES and reports OEE and top-ten rankings.
